We would like to officially apologise for the telephonic issues that we experienced over the festive season.  We made the decision to move providers during a period we things have generally slowed down.

We however experienced some significant downtime during this period, and were unable to bring an alternate solution until this was fully resolved.

We greatly apologise for any inconvenience caused by this down time, and would like to ensure you that these issues have now been resolved, and we are in the process of putting backup measures in place to stop future incidents.
